I did the 10 day Full Body Cleanse and I lost 13 pounds .The 1st 3 days was hard just doing raw fruits and vegetables but after that it became easier. Drinking so much water has me going to the restroom a lot but I must say it was well worth it. I am going to start the new year doing the 20 day cleanse but this time I will make sure that I meal prep. Finding DHerbs approved meals to make was the hardest part but this next time I will be ready. I highly recommend the cleanse to anyone that is trying to jump start their weight loss. Oh BTW taking 25 pills a day was not a problem at all for me. *

I expect better Results for the price. The charcoal should be in a pill form, the tea was ok, it has a good taste to it and the cleanse pills I give them a 4. *

I didn’t release any weight but I’m more energized. *
