This is my second time doing the 10 Cleanse and I truly love the way I feel during and after I finish the cleanse. *

I've did the 20 day cleanse 2 years ago. Not only did I lose 27 pounds, I'm a type 2 diabetic and it helped bring my A1C down tremendously. So I fell off a little gained some of the weight back. So I decided to do the 10 day Express cleanse. And I must say I'm on day 6 , feeling great . I lost 17 pounds doing this. Dherbs is the best thing that happened to my life. I cant wait to see what my A1C level is gonna be when I finish the cleanse. Thanks Dherbs. *

The 10 day cleanse did not work as good as the 20 day Full Body Cleanse but I also did not follow the rules as suggested. The next time I will do the 20 day cleanse and I will follow as suggested in order to see the desired results that I have seen in the past such as weight loss, better complexion and rashes disappear. *

I generally like the 10 day. However, I find it easier to be more disciplined on the 20 day. For me the greater amount of herbs and the longer cycle works better for me. *

I used this product and I lost a total of 7 inches and 13 pounds. Only 1 thing, I did not like the charcoal and really did not understand the use of it. But in all a great products. *

At first this was hard, well the raw vegan part was but as time went on I noticed better sleeping, more energy and I felt overall better and lighter. It definitely done its job snd I'm so glad I tried it. *
