I actually did the 20 day cleanse and with the change in diet lost weight enough to get back into my clothes. Not sure how much weight because I do not get on the scale. I will also order the female cleanse in the near future. *

For me, the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express did a good job of preparing my body for the 20 day weight release cleanse. My goal was to release 10 pounds in preparation for a special event wherein I had about 30 days before the event. I think the products work great. I plan to do the cleanse again after the new year. It definitely required some planning and preparation. The herbs were easy to digest and I didn’t have any reactions. My only complaint would be the stevia in the tea. I normally drink tea unsweetened so it took some getting use to. *
