First cleanse I tried was very easy to follow and since it was only 10 days not hard to stick with. I had more energy and blood pressure dropped. I lost 9 pounds without any exercise. Good cleanse to start with to prepare for the 20 day full cleanse. I have nothing but positive comments and it helps you to have will power to endure till the end. *

This was a short version of the FBC. I liked it but not as much as the FBC and I did not lose as much weight on that but did clean me out. I guess I have gotten used to the 20 days and prefer the 20 days. One thing I can say is if you need a quick light cleanse - the 10 day cleanse is lighter (in pills) and effective. *

Really worked for me! I did raw diet for 4 days, then modified w/ a small amount of plant-based protein at dinner only because I felt a little lightheaded and headaches. Raw food diet was difficult. Would have been helpful if the weight release inhaler or sugar capsules was part of the cleanse to help with cravings. Overall I think the cleanse was great and made me feel amazing! I have an increase in energy, my skin looks brighter, and I feel really good! I cant wait to try the weight release clense next. I lost 8 lbs and am ready to keep the new healthy lifestyle going and loose more. I would like to loose another 20-25 more lbs to get to my goal weight. *
