Omg I just finished the cleanse on June 10th and I started on June 1st...my 1st time trying it....it was a rough 1st day....but I worked my mind and brain up to doing it a month b4...and when I tell u it was so worth it and I definitely would and want to do it again really soon..I lost about 9 pounds and felt so much lighter and cleansed...and rejuvenated....I just ordered the follow up cleanse 2 days ago...I cant wait till it gets here so I can start it asap....after going to the grocery store...I even bought the recipe book to go with it...I'm so excited I would deff recommend this to boost and start anyone's weight lost journey.... *

The diet is challenging had salads and smoothies since I work 12hr shifts most days no time prepare food. Dropped 15lbs in 10 days. No restroom issues even with me working extended shifts. *
