I started the 10 day Full Body Cleanse 4 days ago and I feel amazing. I do have not had any issues with the program so far and I am down about 4 pounds and I feel great. I recommend this for anyone trying to get on a healthier track and also lose some weight. The first two days were a little hard as your body is adjusting to the change but it is not anything you can’t push through and after that it becomes easier. I am excited to see how I feel and look once the 10 days is over. I have blood work scheduled once I am done and I am excited to compare those results with my last not so good results. I will definitely be looking into my next cleanse/maintenance with DHerbs. *

The 10 day cleanse was great! It required a lot of discipline eating raw food only but certainly worth it! I needed to loose a few pounds and the Dherbs gave me the boost I needed. The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse was an excellent way for me to recharge this Spring. I needed to lose a few pounds and have energy to handle major "Spring Cleaning" around my house. I decided to do the 10 Cleanse because I plan follow up with a 10 Day Specialty Cleanse. I am sure I will have excellent results as well. The recipes on the DHerbs website helped me to have a variety of raw selections that I believe added to the success of the 10 Day Cleanse. I would definitely recommend the 10 Day Cleanse to anyone who needs a great "pick-me-up-and-get-started" way in life. *

The product is D Herbs. Cleansing with Herbs you feel great after the cleanse. The key is to practice the new lifestyle changes for the rest of your life. You might slip back into you old ways/ Just go back to Dherbs again. 2nd time around you are hooked. *

One of friends kept recommending this cleanse, but I was afraid I couldn't successfully do it. When my issues with certain foods became unbearable and my Doctor told me I had to change my diet, I decided it try it. Doing the 10 day cleanse was the best thing I have ever done!! Yes, I lost 7pds, but the overall improvement to my health, energy level, better sleep, and no more my brain fog were worth it.
