I would be lying if I say that this cleanse is easy, however it is worth the dedication. I lost 12lbs and my skin is the clearest it has ever been. I feel amazing, light, and energized! I have recommended this to all family and friends. I will definitely repeat this cleanse this summer. *

The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse was an excellent way for me to recharge this Spring. I needed to lose a few pounds and have energy to handle major "Spring Cleaning" around my house. I decided to do the 10 Cleanse because I plan follow up with a 10 Day Specialty Cleanse. I am sure I will have excellent results as well. One of friends kept recommending this cleanse, but I was afraid I couldn't successfully do it. When my issues with certain foods became unbearable and my Doctor told me I had to change my diet, I decided it try it. Doing the 10 day cleanse was the best thing I have ever done!! Yes, I lost 7pds, but the overall improvement to my health, energy level, better sleep, and no more my brain fog were worth it.
