The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse was an excellent way for me to recharge this Spring. I needed to lose a few pounds and have energy to handle major "Spring Cleaning" around my house. I decided to do the 10 Cleanse because I plan follow up with a 10 Day Specialty Cleanse. I am sure I will have excellent results as well. The recipes on the DHerbs website helped me to have a variety of raw selections that I believe added to the success of the 10 Day Cleanse. I would definitely recommend the 10 Day Cleanse to anyone who needs a great "pick-me-up-and-get-started" way in life. *

One of friends kept recommending this cleanse, but I was afraid I couldn't successfully do it. When my issues with certain foods became unbearable and my Doctor told me I had to change my diet, I decided it try it. Doing the 10 day cleanse was the best thing I have ever done!! Yes, I lost 7pds, but the overall improvement to my health, energy level, better sleep, and no more my brain fog were worth it. It's been 2 weeks since my cleanse, I've lost 3 more pounds and haven't gone back to my bad eating habits. Going to do the 20 day cleanse in a couple months. *

Love this product! I lost about 5 pounds in a week, felt lighter and less bloated. I gained energy as well. reordering the detox tea, really enjoyed this tea. I will do the 10 day cleanse again. I am the mother of a 14 yr old daughter. She did the cleanse in June of 2018after her first full day after school closing.The herbs worked wonders alone with exercising Jakyla loss about 13 pounds she was pleased with her new look. I absolutely enjoyed this experienced and after taking a while to formally commit to this process first mentally and then spiritually in the time I am cleansing my life this physical cleanse was started... today is my first day off of the cleanse and I'm already ready to purchase my second round because I bought a ten day and feel a tremendous difference. (I should’ve bought the 20 day after seeing a recommendation to do a 20 day if u have cleansed before) I highly do recommend to try it. U do feel nausea and slight discomfort in the beginning days although everyone is different and I haven’t personally done a cleanse in about 2 years and for the past few months eating whatever I wanted. I say try it then try the substance cleanse as well to rid ur body of medication or alcohol/smoking . *
