The cleanse was great I lost 15 pounds while I was on it. The recipes that are on the website definitely helped me stick to the cleanse. I liked how simple the recipes are to follow as well as the program. There are a lot of pills to take. However, they are spaced out throughout the day so it made it a lot easier to follow. I felt great while completing the cleanse. I really felt great once I accomplished it. I am going to try the weight loss cleanse next. *

I benefited from the 10 day FBC just as much as the 20 day FBC but in a less amount of time. I like to use this cleanse 3x yearly approaching each season. It’s a great way to kick start the season with eliminating waste and toxins. I recommend this cleanse for the person that thinks 20 days is too long as a way to prepare the mind and body for the 20 day FBC cleanse. I eat a raw diet that is flavorful and fulfilling. I gather most of my raw foods recipes off of the Dherbs website. On average I lose 7lbs on the 10 day FBC Express. *

I would recommend this to anyone. It was difficult for the first 3 days, however I felt energized. I woke up early and was not tired during the day. I will purchase it again but this time I will use the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. *

This product is great! You take a lot of pills every day and the charcoal is pretty hard to get down. The tea tasted good. The diet is hard the first couple of days. If you can get through them, this product is worth every penny. I lost 12 pounds by day 10 and felt great! Don’t think because it’s a cleanse you will be in the bathroom a lot. It’s not like that. It’s gentle. If you are thinking about doing a cleanse, I highly recommend this one. *
