I benefited from the 10 day FBC just as much as the 20 day FBC but in a less amount of time. I like to use this cleanse 3x yearly approaching each season. It’s a great way to kick start the season with eliminating waste and toxins. I recommend this cleanse for the person that thinks 20 days is too long as a way to prepare the mind and body for the 20 day FBC cleanse. I eat a raw diet that is flavorful and fulfilling. I gather most of my raw foods recipes off of the Dherbs website. On average I lose 7lbs on the 10 day FBC Express. *

I would recommend this to anyone. It was difficult for the first 3 days, however I felt energized. I woke up early and was not tired during the day. I will purchase it again but this time I will use the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. *

This product is great! You take a lot of pills every day and the charcoal is pretty hard to get down. The tea tasted good. The diet is hard the first couple of days. If you can get through them, this product is worth every penny. I lost 12 pounds by day 10 and felt great! Don’t think because it’s a cleanse you will be in the bathroom a lot. It’s not like that. It’s gentle. If you are thinking about doing a cleanse, I highly recommend this one. *

The Full Body Cleanse express fulfilled my expiations. If you eat right and exercise, you to will accomplish your goal. *

I love love love this cleanse. It was easier to maintain while I worked my way up to the 20 day cleanse. I don’t feel bloated and I have lots of energy. I did this cleanse with just juices and smoothies and my results were optimal. I lost about 10lbs. I will be doing this again after my vacation. *

I found the booklet to be very helpful in explaining the process. Having never done a true cleanse before, it outlined what foods to start with, a schedule and exercises. The weight loss tea alone works great and along with exercise I am still seeing a significant change. I'll be doing the cleanse for a longer period this time around! *

I've never cleanse my body before so I wanted to ease into the process. The 10 Day Express cleanse was perfect for that. I definitely saw positive changes and if your goal is to loose weight, you must stick to the diet recommendations. No meat, dairy, carbs, or sugar. I personally wasn't trying to loose weight; I just wanted to cleanse my body of toxicity, but I also dropped 9 lbs in one week. You have to choke down A LOT of pills (some of them have that strong "grassy" taste)...that's the only thing I didn't like about thecleanse. But it does work. The colon/digestive formula is pretty intense so I had to cut back to 4 pills instead of 5. Overall, if you're mentally prepared to do this, you won't be disappointed. *

It works!!! I've lost 8 lbs in 10 days! And I even ate small bites of chicken with my salad and one day a tiny bit of salmon!!! It still worked. The first two days was a little tough but then it got easier. I did tire of the pills, but I knew they were for my good. I just ordered the maintenance plan and I may do the cleanse again in September, before my trip to Cancun in October. I am now a believer and a life-long customer. I wish you had a 10 day weight release, but I may not even need it after all. My overall goal was 10 - 15 lbs. Just a few more to go and I'm there. Thank you DHerbs! *
