I took off one star because I can tell it's working but I have been in crippling pain at the same time every day. It won't go away until I use the bathroom but it happens at work so it can be a little inconvenient. I read that it should only make you use the bathroom at night but that hasn't been the case for me. *

This product really increased my energy levels, it also helped my sleeping patterns. I didn't need an alarm clock to awaken me each morning. Using the cleanse I felt better, well rested and energized each morning. I didn't really lose weight from it but my over all health improved. Cholesterol levels decreased. *

I purchased the 10-day Full Body Cleanse express and was expecting the same outcome as the 20-day cleanse. However, the 10-day doesn't have a few other important ingredients for major organs, like the lung cleanse, and I certainly needed it due to all the sickness this year. I would use the 10-day cleanse as a secondary yearly cleanse, with the 20-day cleanse being your initial cleanse. It works, and I stand behind this product.
