I used the ten day body cleanse express to prep for the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. Over all, my body felt better, never felt hunger or had cravings for foods. The raw diet is tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's not a problem. Over all I felt cleaner, body responded better to work outs and sleep. I highly recommend this cleanse to anyone starting out. Also, instructions provided makes everything super simple to follow! *

I started with the 10 day Full Body Cleanse to see how I would respond to the program. I am very pleased with the results so far. I am on my 5th day and have lost 3.5 pounds. The herbs, tea, and carbon along with the raw food diet has made me feel healthier and want to continue with using Dherbs products. I have been a healthy eater and exercise but still could not lose the weight. I plan on starting the weight release program to reach my goal of losing 20 pounds. I absolutely loved the express Full Body Cleanse. The biggest thing I noticed while using this product was the energy that I felt throughout the day. I didn’t feel sluggish and felt very vibrant. I was regular and felt light. I didn’t have any side effects using this product and tea was very yummy. I even used the charcoal to brush my teeth once a day and my teeth was whiter after the use of the cleanse. I am planning to do the 20 day cleanse very soon. The diet was easy to keep up with but pre-plan especially if you are a busy person. *

Pretty decent cleanse, think it’s a little pricey for a 10 day cleanse. *
