I only lost 5 lb but I was able to keep it off and I no longer have heart burn. I felt lighter and didn't crave anything after I finished the cleanse. Was not to crazy about the charcoal but I used it anyway. Never liked tea before but came to like this tea. I am now going to do the maintenance program. My daughter said it worked for her. *
