This product was amazing, I was very skeptical to even get started because I have never done a diet and I hate to take pills. But after reading the reviews I figured it was worth to try it since I wanted to loose some weight. Needless to say I lost about 13lbs. Those 10 days went flying and the pounds melting; I love eating fruit and salads and I feel really good. *

I had spent 6 months taking care of my son and two grandson.
