I started this product on July 24, 2017 and by day five I noticed that I was down 8 pounds, after that I travelled out of town but still stay on the program although it was difficult because I was at a 70th birthday party. By the time that I completed the 10 days on August 2nd I had loss 12 pounds. I would definitely recommend this product and will purchase again. *

This is an awesome product. People saw results on my third day. I will be using it twice a year. It made me feel so much better inside and out. I am currently making my purchase for the Maintenance Package. *

At first I was a little skeptical about this product, but I took a chance after reading the great reviews about the Full Body Cleanse express. To my amazement this body cleanse express worked wonders. Not only did my skin started to glow, my hair and nails were growing too and I lost 10lbs WOW!!! The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express was an excellent way to get almost the same effects of the Full Body Cleanse (20 Days) in half the time. I needed to lose a quick 10 pounds and was able to lose 15 pounds in the 10 days! It felt a but more harsh on my stomach than the Full Body Cleanse, but the results were well worth it! Less commitment with speedy results can really make you reevaluate how you treat your body. I know that I can always rely on DHerbs to restore and recondition my body and help me keep myself in check! *

The Full Body 10 day cleanse was amazing!!! I lost 15 lbs and I felt amazing. I suggest weekly, fresh, and raw foods grocery shopping as well as making lifestyle changes not just for 10 days! I enjoyed the product and will buy twice a year! I'm hoping to go vegetarian soon. This product allows you to eat healthy and become creative. Often times our bodies think we're hungry due to social norms when in reality you can eat more often with less calories to still be full and satisfied! *

So I actually bought the 10 day cleanse for my boyfriend. I had done the 20 day cleanse when we first started dating now 2014 and recommended that he at least try the 10 day cleanse. But when I explained what he needed to do he was not going for it. Fast forward to earlier this year 2017, he was expected to run the New York Marathon in November and he knew he had to get serious. He finally gave in. It would be the best decision he could have made. He stuck to it and lost an additional 10 pounds and he feels really good. After the 10 day cleanse I feel so much lighter, way more energetic and just happy about my food choices. I will not say it was easy, it wasn't. A raw diet is rough, but I will say trust the results after 10 days of raw diet and a little gym time, I am 7lbs. lighter it's not a lot but let me tell you it feels like 15-20lbs. *

The Express Cleanse worked very well for me. I lost 10 pounds but I only did 7 days instead of the full 10 because of an unexpected family funeral that was out of state. *
