I have done Dherbs 10 day Full Body Cleanse Express again and I feel great. I lost 9lbs and a have started to eat better thanks to DHERBS. I have energy my face has cleared up and I am not tired. I will continue to do this cleanse every 6 to 8 months. It has really helped get my life back in order. Without a doubt this cleanse works. If you are a skeptical person as I am I highly recommend this product. I lost about 9 pounds. It removed the bloating that I had been experiencing prior to trying the cleanse. You must follow the guidelines given in order for the cleanse to work. *

Product was not as effective as some I have used. My biggest disappointment was that I had ordered the cleanse for myself and two of my sisters (all on fixed incomes) and we were each shorted several supplements. When I registered a complaint, I was offered the missing supplements; however, we had already completed the cleanse. *

So far so good! Results are better than I expected. I am combining this cleanse with a workout regime as well. I must say I was really apprehensive to expect any results or change at all, but I have been pleased! In the mornings I drink a fruit/veg smoothie, snack on raw almonds and then at lunch time I eat a pretty nice size salad. My snack again consists of either fruit or raw nuts and then at dinner time a small salad. I love the drink tea anyway, to so have the detox tea available to drink in the mornings and evening is a great treat for me! *

So today is day 12 of 10 days dherbs cleanse. After 10 days I lost 6 pounds; 2 days later I am keeping (mostly) raw now and still seeing a reduction on my weight and waist. The products were not harsh, I was only using the bathroom slightly more than my usual. The program was easy to follow. Some users said they did not like taking 5 pills but they were gentle to take. I think the structure of the suggested program helped me to stay on track and I am happy with my results. *

I love the cleanse!!! I tried the 10 day cleanse and wish I had just gotten the 20 day again. The 10 day is awesome it just wasn't enough for me. I lost about 6 lbs and feel great! I'm going back to the 20 day cleanse now. *

I have completed two 10 day cleanses and one 20 day cleanse in the last 6 months. Upon completion I felt like a new person...literally!
