I'm on my 2nd time with the 10 day express cleanse, have not completed yet. However my first experience was a few months ago, I was so amazed at how much better I felt and looked! Received many compliments from others on how good my skin looked, hair, etc. First couple of days was challenging to adjust, but the 3rd day was "magic"! I felt wonderful! Ended up loosing around 6lbs in 2 weeks. Now that is quite amazing for me, for I'm in my late 50's and active, but have difficulty loosing weight. The 10 day cleanse is a great product after the 20 day cleanse the 10 day product has less pills but you must continue to eat properly in order to maintain the weight loss. I use the 10 day cleanse in between my 21 day cleanse on the 21 day cleanse. I lost 17 lbs and with the 10 day I lost an extra 5-10 lbs. *

Great products and effective system. I lost 6lbs while doing this detox and it was easier than I thought to eat raw food for 10 days. I did avoid exercising while detoxing just because of the rapid weight loss I encountered. The only issue I had was my bowels were unpredictable the first few days but I scheduled my supplements to where I would be home when it was time to go. I felt like my tummy was always uneasy. I followed up with the bowel movement supplements a month later and I feel great! *
