I tried the 10 day Full Body Cleanse for the first time and was amazed at how much energy I had afterwards. I could really feel it working in a positive direction. I would recommend this cleanse if you are able to just eat the raw fruits and veggies recommend. I will admit, it was hard sticking to the diet portion but after day two I was fine. I would not recommend starting off with the 20 day cleanse...unless you are disciplined to eat the recommended diet. I will do this cleanse again in a few months. Thanks for a great product! *

Absolutely a great product. Would highly recommend. It was a little challenging by the fourth day to stay away from my favorite food "chicken" but I survived and was extremely pleased with the results of being 12 pounds lighter. When i got to the tenth day I could have gone another 10 days so I will definitely do the 20 day cleanse in three months. I have definitely discovered a healthier way of eating. This was the first time I have used this product and I along with my wife were throughly pleased. It took some adjusting to the eating regiment at first, but by day 5 we were ok. The important things is meal prep. Having this mapped out prior to starting the plan is very helpful. In 10 days I lost 14 lbs and my wife lost 9 lbs. We did the detox in August. I am planning on doing another cleansing in late November. *

I started with the 10-Day cleanse first because I didn't know if I would like it and how my body would react to what I would be taking. Those were the hardest 10 days in my life but it worked. My skin cleared up and I loss a couple of pounds. I would probably do it again especially after the holidays. *
