This was the first time I have used this product and I along with my wife were throughly pleased. It took some adjusting to the eating regiment at first, but by day 5 we were ok. The important things is meal prep. Having this mapped out prior to starting the plan is very helpful. In 10 days I lost 14 lbs and my wife lost 9 lbs. We did the detox in August. I started with the 10-Day cleanse first because I didn't know if I would like it and how my body would react to what I would be taking. Those were the hardest 10 days in my life but it worked.
