For me this product exceeded my expectations. It wasn't hard to take the pills. The routine wasn't hard to follow. I lost 14 lbs as well. My first time was 4 months ago and I plan on doing it again next month. One last thing, I had no craving during the entire 20 days. Great product! *

I was a bit skeptical about doing a cleanse and decided to do this one. I heard the advertisement on a the Steve Harvey show. The praised it and said it really work. So, I decided to give it a try. Well I have since completed by 10 day Full Body Cleanse. I was not sure if i could do it. I really like sweets, chocolate, bread and pasta. So this was a challenge. I followed the menu to a degree. I did eat fruits for breakfast, fruit shakes and nuts for lunch and salad w/veggies for dinner. I did cheat a few times with little things like a 1 fried chicken wing, a teaspoon of Nutella and a forkful of pasta salad. But other than that I stuck to the menu. To my surprise i did lose 8 lbs. I will do it again and next time i will try the 20 or 30 day cleanse. Thanks for the experience. *

I tried the 10 day Full Body Cleanse because my husband recommended it. I'm so glad I did. It was perfect timing because I was in between jobs at the time. At first it was extremely hard because I'm a coffee drinker and a meat lover. However when I got through the first few days It was okay. I must warn you though, that you get bad headaches and body aches, due to the years of neglect, but if you stick with it you would see some amazing results. I no longer have craving for sweets. And I don't pass smelly gas anymore, among other things. This is a great store that offer excellent products. I would definitely recommend this cleanse to everyone who never been fully cleanse before. *

I was initially reluctant to do the 10 day Full Body Cleanse but, I convinced by husband to join me and we experienced amazing results. Not only did I lose 8 pounds during the cleanse, I felt great and may skin absolutely glowed! I had so many people comment on the healthy glow of my skin, in fact, one older lady actually patted my face as she complimented me. I felt good during the cleanse and have done it again six months later. It was good for me to have my husband join me in that we supported one another and made meal time easier. It was a awesome product loss 20 lbs in 10 days. I was really skeptical about this product but it definitely works. I must admit the next time I will plan out my meals before I start the cleansing. These herbal supplements were awesome! I noticed my stomach area decreasing after day 4. My 16 years old daughter started taking my supplements on my day 4 and I wasn't able to complete all 10 days, but air lost 13lbs. My daughter lost 4lbs of my pounds sneaking my supplements without permission. I am going to re-order the program again and complete all 10 days. I truly believe that I would have lost more than 20 pounds if taken all 10 days. *
