I loved the Full Body Cleanse. I was more energetic during the 10 days and exercised everyday. I also did not have any craving for sweets during the cleanse. The pills were easy to swallow and i was able to follow a raw diet during the cleanse.The Full Body Cleanse allowed me to lose eight pounds and i lost inches of my waist and other areas on my body.i have struggled for years trying to decrease the size of my waist, but was unsuccessful. The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse lives up to its claim. I did have a slight headache the first day but after that it was all uphill. I lost about 10 pounds and would have probably lost a little more but I had a day where I did not follow the plan to a tee. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get back on track or wanting to lose a few pounds and change their eating habits. I will continue to eat healthier because I feel better. *

This is good to restart your body after you been on vacation. It also help you to get back on track to eating healthy.
