OMG! Best product ever! I know I needed a cleanse and decided and try to 10 day Full Body Cleanse. My skin was really bad and covered it up with a lot of makeup. During my 10 day cleanse I only lost 5 lbs, which is ok because I'm not overweight. However, the real results appeared in my skin. My skin is the best I've seen it in years! I look younger, I have a lot of energy and I feel great. I regret not buying the 20 day cleanse, not so I can lose weight but to see the continuous improvement in my skin. I love this product, now I'm trying "The Female Cleanse". *

The cleanse was just the right amount... time, product, results. I have been walking proof at my job of the positive results and 3 others have tried it since. I was able to follow the steps with ease; the accompanying booklet/instructions were concise and simple. I managed to lose three lbs. I now eat differently, better and healthier than I did prior to the cleanse. *

It was good for awhile but I didn't get to finish the full 10 days because I ended up in the emergency room with kidney stones. I've never had kidney stones before I tried this cleanse. I'm not sure if I will try again or not. *

I have done the 10 day cleanse two different occasions and I think it works good. I was able to drop some unwanted pounds that I couldn't do without the cleanse. The first time I did the cleanse I was a little light headed when trying to exercise I guess it was the change in eating. I would definitely recommend to people who want to do a change. *
