I love love love this cleanse. It was easier to maintain while I worked my way up to the 20 day cleanse. I don’t feel bloated and I have lots of energy. I did this cleanse with just juices and smoothies and my results were optimal. I lost about 10lbs. I will be doing this again after my vacation. *

It works!!! I've lost 8 lbs in 10 days! And I even ate small bites of chicken with my salad and one day a tiny bit of salmon!!! It still worked. The first two days was a little tough but then it got easier. I did tire of the pills, but I knew they were for my good. After trying repeated failed fasting since the beginning of 2018, my mother told my about dherbs a few weeks ago. She said she was going to try it, looked it up online and read the reviews and decided to go for it. When I tell you that this product works, I lost a total of 13 lbs in 10 days. After the 4th day I did not feel as sluggish, I did not workout much. I went to the gym maybe 3 times. However, I feel as though I benefited from the 10 day cleanse. I decided to try the 10 day full body express cleanse instead of the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I wasn't disappointed at all. The express cleanse was very beneficial. I lost weight, I felt lighter, got rid of bloated stomach, my skin looked better, and I enjoyed the natural smoothies and food that I ate on the cleanse. Drinking the charcoal water was the only hard part but it was worth it. I am due for another cleanse and I am so looking forward. *

This product really increased my energy levels, it also helped my sleeping patterns. I didn't need an alarm clock to awaken me each morning.
