I ordered the10 day full body day cleanse because I knew 20 days would be a bit much for me starting off. My main purpose was to "gut" my system by cleaning it out so I could lose more pounds effectively and just get an overall better feeling. I thought in the beginning what would really do me in was not having my morning coffee. But on day 2 I didn't even think about it going forward. I lost 8lbs and have kept it off since the first week of July when I did the cleanse. I want to lose 10 more pounds to achieve my goal PLUS I have a physical in the later part of September so I want to really feel better.
