I have done Dherbs 10 day Full Body Cleanse Express again and I feel great. I lost 9lbs and a have started to eat better thanks to DHERBS. I have energy my face has cleared up and I am not tired. I will continue to do this cleanse every 6 to 8 months. It has really helped get my life back in order. Without a doubt this cleanse works. If you are a skeptical person as I am I highly recommend this product. I lost about 9 pounds. It removed the bloating that I had been experiencing prior to trying the cleanse. You must follow the guidelines given in order for the cleanse to work. *

I did avoid exercising while detoxing just because of the rapid weight loss I encountered. The only issue I had was my bowels were unpredictable the first few days but I scheduled my supplements to where I would be home when it was time to go. I felt like my tummy was always uneasy. I was able to do the cleanse on this cleanse. while working. The cleanse leaves you feeling great and you do not feel tired like you do with some other cleanses. I tried the 10 day Full Body Cleanse for the first time and was amazed at how much energy I had afterwards. I could really feel it working in a positive direction. I would recommend this cleanse if you are able to just eat the raw fruits and veggies recommend. I will admit, it was hard sticking to the diet portion but after day two I was fine. For me this product exceeded my expectations. It wasn't hard to take the pills. The routine wasn't hard to follow. I lost 14 lbs as well. My first time was 4 months ago and I plan on doing it again next month. One last thing, I had no craving during the entire 20 days. Great product! *
