I had been having a lot of problems with my cycle. My cycle wasn't on a schedule and I would bleed really heavy. I would also spot between my cycle at times. I have been taking the Menstrual Cycle Formula and It has really helped! The cramps aren't as bad and the bleeding has really slowed down. I wasn't sure at first, but this is a great product. I no longer have to take Midol during my cycle. *
