Bowel Motion has helped me significantly. I have struggled with constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I went from having a bm every 3-4 days to having a bm every day. It has me regular, helps with bloating, and uncomfortable feeling. It doesn’t cramp my stomach much. But when you have to go, you have to go. But compared to severe constipation, that’s not a bad thing. It’s a great product! I’ve ordered it about 3 times already and ready to order again. *

I swear by Bowel Motion! If you set this in your kitchen where you typically go first thing in the morning..aka coffee pot, refrigerator, etc and take daily, you will NEVER be constipated again!
