Tasted good hot or cold. It makes you feel less hungry and gives you energy. I haven't seen a weight loss yet because I don't exercise or eat like I should. But it I do feel lighter and I can wear clothes that used to be too tight, they fit comfortable now. Will definitely order more plus other products *
