It was nice to have almost right away because you can print it yourself. However, it was a pain to print. I wish it had pictures as well. It helps to know if it looks right. It would be nice to have a copy they can send you. It had a lot of great information inside, so it made it worth the purchase. *

The Full Body Cleanse Companion eBook is a great companion for the Full Body Cleanse. It contains a lot of great information to assist with completing the cleanse successfully, however, much of this same information is provided in the booklet that is included with the Full Body Cleanse kit. *

The Full Body Cleanse eBook is easy to follow however I never really used it. I wish there was a hard copy. *

I really enjoyed the recipes in the FBC Ebook. They really helped me along my journey, and I will continue using it, while doing the 3 week weight release program as well. *

When I first started the Full Body Cleanse I was so lost. This was my first time trying an all vegan/raw cleanse in the first place, so trying to just make a decision about what to eat was stressful. I looked at the reviews to see what others ate or if there would be any insight. Then I saw this detox ebook and thought oh great another gimmick..but I was wrong. The Full Body Cleanse Companion eBook was SO helpful. There were recipes and breakdowns of what I should try. I am very happy I made this purchase. Don't go into this cleanse blind-sided. Get the ebook, it's helpful even after you finish the cleanse. *

The content within the Full Body Cleanse companion is definitely top notch but much of the content within the book can actually be found on the site and with the booklet that comes with your FBD order. For those that don't have time to sift through all the articles on the site to find the ones that are pertinent to detoxing, this ebook is a huge time saver and is highly recommended. *

The book did not have enough details on how to end the cleanse. I only lost 8 lbs. I have tried other cleanses and received better results. *
