The 10 Day Colon Cleanse is an extremely effective product. I am on day 3 and have already released 7lbs of waste. If you have any type of digestive issues this is the product for you. I did the 10 day Colon Cleanse & I was very pleased. I lost about 8 pounds. Previously, I did the 3 week Detox (Full Body Cleanse) & with that I lost about 15 pounds. What I loved about the 10 day is that it came with the smoothie mix. I would use it in the mornings with fruits and it kept me full until lunch time. Plus it's got the fiber I needed. After completing the 10- day Colon Cleanse, I couldn't believe how much better I felt. During the cleanse I would be sitting at my desk and have a lot of energy and I just felt good.
