I was a little skeptical when it was suggested that I give the Full Body Cleanse a try, but I gave it a full shot. I'd have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this product. 1st time experience w/ a cleanse. Actually heard about it on Z100, finally decided to dedicate 20 days w/ the Full Body Cleanse to increase my overall health. All the benefits described are completely true, but you DO have to put in the effort. My energy level which is normally decent, skyrocketed as well as my overall appearance. Skin was glowing, lost weight in a healthy way, and have continued w/ the daily regime, although I have incorporated cooked food/meat back into my diet. Awesome cleanse! I lost 22 pounds and my blood pressure was normal without taking my blood pressure medication during the process. I had a ton of energy and I have been able to keep the weight off. I was amazed how easy it was to stay on the plan for the full twenty days. The natural herbs helped me sleep better and when I got up every morning I had absolutely no pain in my joints, which was often the case before I did the cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse was great and I lost 10lbs the last time I did the cleanse. This is my 3rd time using the cleanse. Initially, had to get used to all the pills but it was not bad after while. Need to focus on doing the cleanse at least twice a year and use some of the other products. I did order the tea and it worked well in conjunction with the 20 day cleanse. *
