I'll be honest I was scared to start the Full Body Cleanse. I thought I'd have to go to the bathroom uncontrollably but that wasn't the case at all. It's very manageable. I set a timer on my phone to take the pills (the pill container is so helpful). There is a high frequency of urination due to drinking a lot of water. I didn't take off from work and took most of the pills while at work. Never had an accident. Around the midpoint I noticed I released so much more waste than usual.. a volume I've never seen before.. I feel so clean.. I lost a total of 10 pounds. Yes the diet is challenging but it's worth it. I highly recommend this cleanse. *

I just ended the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and it did me good, feel much better and healthier. Lost 10 kg and have less appetite. Learned a lot about good food and staying away form processed food. Very good for your body and mind. At first you will have to do some research about the good you can eat but gladly they have lots of recipes on the web to prepare. Good thing to do is make every day something else otherwise you will get tired of the same good, I enjoyed buying fresh food at the market. *
