I completed The Female Cleanse. I tried to use the gold plated magnet but the adhesive to hold the magnet made by my skin itch so I only use the magnet the first three days. My nails are nice and strong. Skin looked a little clearer. I even slept better. The rose crystal I believe helped me sleep better. I will do The Female Cleanse once a year. *

I have suffered from very painful menstrual cramps for years...taking excessive amounts of ibuprofen to dull the incapacitating pain, and feeling drained of energy and just absolutely awful for a full week every month. There had to be a better way than this....and thankfully total woman cleanse was it! After the total woman cleanse I haven't taken anymore harmful drugs and that itself is amazing, but it also helped me appreciate myself and my body so much more... that is priceless. *

I did the Full Body Detox in May 09 and started the Total Woman Cleanse on the second week of June 09 and completed it this month (July 09). After the Full Body Detox I changed my eating habits so doing this cleanse was a lot easier. My stomach is almost gone and with this I exercise 3-4 days a week which indeed has changed my total look. The diet was hard to stick to but if u can master that then the cleanse is a breeze. I didn’t lose much weight but I did feel so much better. *

I always have issues with hormones and regular menstrual cycles. I completed 20 day cleanse and then tried female cleanse. I have seen an improvement with cycle and feel so much better. I did not follow the strict raw diet with the female cleanse as I did with the 20 day cleanse but still lost 9lbs. Everyone will have different experiences however definitely recommend this product. *
