I tried The Female Cleanse after so many previous cleanse failure and experience great result. I normally hate swallowing pills but these pills was an easy swallow. This cleanse taught me great discipline as I had to stick to a strict raw food diet regimen for 20 days. It was difficult for me at first, in that I enjoyed eating warm soup during the cold winter but I manage to make it through eating raw food for 20 days. What can I say anything is possible! *

I have suffered from very painful menstrual cramps for years...taking excessive amounts of ibuprofen to dull the incapacitating pain, and feeling drained of energy and just absolutely awful for a full week every month. There had to be a better way than this....and thankfully the female cleanse was it! After this cleanse I haven't taken anymore harmful drugs and that itself is amazing, but it also helped me appreciate myself and my body so much more... that is priceless. *

I would certainly recommend The Female Cleanse to women who need to re-balance their female issues. My period was very heavy during the cleanse, which I assume was clearing out with a lot of other stuff! I also dropped my coffee habit on this cleanse! Might be a good once a year cleanse, maybe every season, depending on your issues! I also really liked the thyroid magnet and am considering making a choker to wear sometimes to help my thyroid. *
