I have tried other colon cleaners in the past and was skeptical because while I had regular bowel movements, my past eating habits told me I needed a deep internal cleansing. And after several attempts other colon cleaners seem to do no more than add a few more bowel movements over the week but the 10 Day Colon Cleanse was different. My story begins by venturing to a holistic health center, where I was to obtain my first ever colonic irrigation. After the 30min session of unsuccessful 'flowing' of the backed up'd, caked fecal matter in my system. I rapidly ordered Dherbs 10 day colon cleanse, & my goodness has it worked wonders. I'm still somewhat backed up, but no where to the extent as I was before the cleanse. 10 Day Colon Cleanse was okay. The process of cleaning my intestines and colon went well. I wasn't sure about diet. Meaning, what I could and couldn't eat during the cleaning. The next time I will eat just fruits and vegetables for the 10 days. *

This colon cleanse was given to me as a gift from one of my best friends as I always wanted to have a colonic done, but decided on this instead. Let me just say that I FELT SO AMAZING after doing this cleanse!!! My body felt lighter, I lost inches and pounds, skin became clearer & I gained so much ENERGY!!! I only didn't give it 5 stars bc I had to really stay on top of the pills...but that was my personal struggle. I LOVE IT & WILL DEF DO IT AGAIN!!! *

I like these products, however, I feel like I got more bang for my buck and a more thorough intestinal clean from the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. I will continue to do the Full Body Cleanse a couple of times a year. *
