I give the 20 Full Body Cleanse a 5 star rating because it was realistic. I said realistic not to be confused with simple. I did have a day or two that my will power(discipline) wanted to stray but I did not. Reading other reviews, before I started 20 FBC, helped tremendously. I also had an accountability partner, my finance' and I did the cleanse together. We supported and encouraged one another.
