Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

I give the 20 Full Body Cleanse a 5 star rating because it was realistic. I said realistic not to be confused with simple. I did have a day or two that my will power(discipline) wanted to stray but I did not. Reading other reviews, before I started 20 FBC, helped tremendously. I also had an accountability partner, my finance' and I did the cleanse together. We supported and encouraged one another. I have read numerous articles stating meat is so hard to digest and cooked (steamed, baked, broil, grill, boil) food looses so many nutrients that our body needs so this raw cleanse showed me that the body can function full speed ahead with proper hydration. And YES you MUST drink PLENTY of WATER!!! *

The Full Body Cleanse was the best cleanse I have ever done. I had energy, slept very well and had a super mood change. I lost 12 lbs and my body lost inches and started to morph to a figure I have never seen. I suffer from an MTHFR gene mutation. I don’t cleanse on my own, I have to find other ways to do it. I also have a plastic allergy and taking all of those supplements that were vegan was a huge plus for me. Finally the greatest thing is the my Cholesterol went down 74 points and LDL down 52 points. I have suffered from high cholesterol for over 7 yrs. and I refuse to take statins. Praise the Lord, I’m doing another cleanse next month. *
