The Full Body Cleanse works great. It makes you feel like a whole new person. I haven't done this in a few years and am excited to do it again and get myself back together. I recommend it to everyone. I am trying to get my fiancee to do it also so we can feel better for our wedding date. This is my 13th day of the Full Body Cleanse and I’ve lost 14 lbs. so far and many inches around my stomach! This cleanse really works! I’m very pleased. I plan to do a Full Body Cleanse 2 or 3 times a year. My doctors encouraged me to loose weight and stated herbal supplements were fine for me to take. I’m 5’6in and I started out at 186lbs, I’m now 171lbs without working out. My goal is 155lbs. I’m positive I would have lost more if I would have done my normal exercise and not have a piece of banana nut bread one week and (2) jalapeño poppers another week. It’s not that I was tempted, I did it because I could and wanted to see just how much it would effect the cleanse. If the outcome was not to my satisfaction, I was willing to start fresh without compromising my diet. So I decided to continue using the menu and exercise to loose more. I have seizures, migraines, rheumatoid, osteoarthritis, asthma and thyroid issues and I have to admit. The first 4 days was a little hard since I wasn’t use to taking that many pills along with my other medication (it was more psychological) along with daily headaches and loose stools.
