I finished my Full Body Cleanse yesterday. I'm pleased to say that I have lost 22 pounds. This is the first time I did the whole 20 days because I usually do half and half and I'm glad I decided to complete the whole cleanse. My weight was 167lbs now I'm 145lbs. My goal is 140lbs. I was a little skeptical about all the pills I had to take but it's not that bad since you take small doses throughout the day.
