I think the Full Body Cleanse is a life changer if you stick with it and eat right and continue to exercise. I did not lose the weight I wanted to lose but my body felt so much better. I think it's actually a great cleanse. I started out at 272. I'm currently at 247 with 3 more days left to go. Using the 20-day Full Body Cleanse, it makes me feel and look great recently. I was having trouble holding my pee. As of lately it has not been an issue at all. My immune system is much stronger now. *

I loved it! I felt a difference immediately when I started the supplements. I thought it would be hard with the strict diet but after losing 7 pounds the first 5 days, it made the diet that much easier! The Full Body Cleanse was a very strict and sometimes hard cleanse, because I am a picky eater. However, I stuck with it. I am currently on day 18. My first week the weight came off and the second week not so much, so I am waiting to see how I did this last week. Overall, a very intense deep cleanse of all of your organs. Amazing cleanse!!!! All natural for sure. No sudden urge to use the restroom or uncomfortable feeling with the pills or the charcoal. Although the charcoal is a bit messy, but with preparation, you can manage and its not as messy. Lost about 10-12 pounds during the first trial of 30 days and that was with no work out involved. I believe that if I had done more activities and worked out, I may have lost a lot more. *
