I bought the Full Body Cleanse again this year for my wife, and she loves it. Her results are great and she's feeling great again. Last year we both did the cleanse with very nice results. We both got off track a little bit, she's going through menopause, and her weight fluctuates more than mine. The nutrients & minerals from the Dherbs has put her body back on course and functioning properly, you can definitely see it and her skin tone has improved. The eating plan with the cleanse is the way to go for life. Also, my wife's blood pressure has gone down and she'll be coming off of her blood pressure medication soon. *

The Full Body Cleanse was a very strict and sometimes hard cleanse, because I am a picky eater. However, I stuck with it. I am currently on day 18. My first week the weight came off and the second week not so much, so I am waiting to see how I did this last week. Overall, a very intense deep cleanse of all of your organs. A very good way to jump start your life change. I am excited to see how I can keep up with the regiment. *

Amazing cleanse!!!! All natural for sure. No sudden urge to use the restroom or uncomfortable feeling with the pills or the charcoal. Although the charcoal is a bit messy, but with preparation, you can manage and its not as messy. Lost about 10-12 pounds during the first trial of 30 days and that was with no work out involved. I believe that if I had done more activities and worked out, I may have lost a lot more. *

I absolutely recommend this cleanse!! I will complete mine this Friday. The Full Body Cleanse is very gentle and easy to follow. I did stick to mostly raw foods, but I also allowed one meal that wasn't all raw. I have lost weight and my stomach has shrunk significantly. I feel so healthy and I am definitely ordering the maintenance package today. You will notice your skin, hair and nails improving. You will not be hungry at all. The Full Body Cleanse is an excellent product! This is the second time that I have used this cleanse. The first time I did adhere to the recommendation to only eat raw fruits and vegetables, basically a vegan diet. I lost 15 pounds BUT I immediately reverted back to the SAD (Standard American diet) and gained the weight back and then some. Fast forward 5 years, I had maintained a 30 pound weight loss for 2 years and decided to do another Full Body Cleanse. I learned last time that the vegan life was not for me, not even for just 20 days, so I did not adhere to the vegan diet recommendations and did incorporate wild caught salmon, sugar free bacon and grass fed beef to my otherwise raw foods diet. I lost 5 pounds which was enough for me as I am now at my normal healthy weight. I did not return to the SAD this time, my diet is virtually unchanged. I usually have a fruit smoothie for breakfast with original oatmeal and/or sugar free bacon and a green juice with my lunch or dinner. I still use the activated charcoal and plan to buy more of it. Overall I would highly recommend the Full Body Cleanse whether the vegan life is for you or not. *

I just finished the Full Body Cleanse! Let me tell you this cleanse was amazing!!!! This is the only program I have been able to complete successfully with no issues. My fiance and I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. Whew. It's so hard...but so rewarding! Definitely worth it! We are breathing better, have more energy, sleep better, and just feel better all around. Looking to do the FBC again in about 3 months or so. *

This is a great cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse really does work. I took as recommended and stuck to the raw fruit and vegetables. The 1st couple of days were the toughest but I lost 7 lbs in the first 3 days. Will definitely use again. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a phenomenal cleanse. I lost about 10 pounds on it and really enjoyed eating raw fruits and vegetables. The eating practice was great, however, I had to really push creatively to put together my dinner because I ran out of ideas. But over time I figured it out. I love. I really love how much better I slept. *
