I love the Full Body Cleanse. One thing to keep in mind. If you have not been eating well and storing impurities in your system, then the first few days may be rough. Headaches, tired.. etc. while your body is clearing you out. But after that, if you follow the protocol all well be fabulous. Stay with raw foods, ( you will not be hungry) drink lots of alkaline water, and watch your skin clear and eyes become bright. Also drop some needed weight. I do this cleanse at least twice a year. It's a must in my life. And recommend to many! *
