The Full Body Cleanse worked really good! I lost 23 pounds. I followed the recommendations in the guide book such as colonics, sauna use and exercising. The activated charcoal can get a little messy but other than that there was no complaints at all. I plan on doing this program again. It is a great start to jump into a lifestyle change. *

My first two days were there worst. I had a headache all day. By day 3 I was feeling better. I'm not sure what day I started feeling more energy. It just happened.
