The 10 Day Colon Cleanse worked pretty good. I had been eating outside of my normal healthy diet, fruits and vegetables, and after this cleanse I felt great. I did a few pounds and inches, but that was just a side benefit of the cleanse. I really felt good cleansing my system. It really shows because I receive so many compliments. This colon cleanse is very effective. The first few days were fine and I was able to completely stop drinking coffee and felt good eating a completely raw vegan diet. However, as the days progressed, the herbs made my bowel movements were very extreme and in some cases very extreme and painful. I may consider doing it again, but in five day increments. *

The 10 Day Colon Cleanse worked but I felt that it was too much for me to do with the crazy hectic sched I have. I work as a restaurant manager and my hours are all over the place so I found it hard to follow. You should come up with a 2 or 3 step procedure for ppl like me. Other than that it cleaned me out. *
