Wow, this cleanse is awesome! I lost 32 lbs. during the holiday season. I wait to rate the Full Body Cleanse to see if I could keep the weight off. The cleanse was wonderful. It involves taking 5 pills every 2-3 hours. I thought that was going to be an issue, but not. They went down smoothly. Had a few mild headaches here and there and my husband had issues with sinus congestion as his body got rid of the impurities. I lost 10 pounds and my husband 15. In March, I completed the 20-day Full Body Cleanse. It was challenging, but I successfully completed it. I recommend preparing a menu and having all necessary items on hand the day before starting. I portioned out my pills in labeled baggies and set a daily alarm on my phone to remind me to take them, as I am always busy. This routine helped me drink more water, which I struggle to remember to do and improve upon. I lost 12 pounds and gained much clarity, making the sacrifice worth it. The cleanse helped me improve my focus, discipline, and structure. The most difficult part was giving up coffee and finding ways to boost my energy levels. I experienced headaches, so I often went to bed early. I designated this time as my "Z Zone" month, avoiding events, going out, and limiting phone conversations to focus on the cleanse. However, I did go to Del Frisco Steak House on the 19th night for a birthday celebration and stayed true to myself by having only a salad with lemon dressing. I was proud of my self-control. Overall, I stayed focused on prayer and the plan to get through it. It was a great experience, and I'm ready for the 10-day cleanse. Wishing everyone success! *
