Dherbs, Today is day 10 of my FBC. To date I have lost 13 pounds and 1 inch in my waist. Haven't had any issues other than being cold. What causes your body to be cold, I mean I'm cold to the bone. Looking forward to great results. Thank you Dherbs...love it, love it, love it! *

I've had an opportunity to use the Male Cleanse, Full Body Cleanse, and the 10 Day Cleanse and I've had nothing but satisfactory results. I would encourage others to use any of the three. Each Cleanse have similar things that work for the body but also have different ingredients to do other things but all have natural herbal ingredients to do the body good. This was way easier than I thought it would be. I expected to have serious withdrawals from meat, sugar, cooked food etc. I have a minor headache the first day. After that the hardest part was just trying to keep my meals interesting. I was never hungry cause I could eat all the time--as many fruit/veggies I wanted. I felt good all the time...no sluggishness or sleepy in the afternoon. I have totally given up coffee. By day 17/18, I really just wanted the taste of something cooked (Fried chicken). Oh yeah and I lost about 17/18 pounds...already planning another cleanse in the fall. *

This product is AWESOME. I was very nervous about doing the cleanse. I did the cleanse in January 2016. I did not start it right off because I was not mentally ready. I finally prayed about it and I conquered the cleanse. I lost 21 lbs and I had tons of energy and I felt good and slept like a baby. I received so many compliments on my skin and how clear and bright it looked. Great product. I encourage all to try, it is very beneficial. I plan to do it again in the Fall. *

I had a very positive experience with the full body cleanse. I lost 18 pounds in the 21 day process. The first few days was hard for me but after the third day I notice my appetite decrease my energy level was good and I felt good. I was extremely surprise to realize it's been a year since I used the fully body cleanse. My goal at that time was to do a cleanse every six months. I probably didn't cause of not having funds.
