I really love this product. I have completed my entire detox and I'm proud to say that I have lost 17.8 lbs. I have so much energy. The first 3 day was a beast but I made it. I was having so much problems with digestion of my food, pain and bloating, and gas. I have NOT had any of those problems during my detox. I think that I will continue with this a my eating plan because I feel like a new person. I work full time and I teach 9 ZUMBA classes each week. So, yes you will have so much energy. I promise.
