Great cleanse. I lost a total of 15 pounds. I used this product once a year to help with maintaining my weight and bloating. I love the Full Body Cleanse! Half way through the 20 days, I had so much energy and felt amazing!! It wasn't too challenging going raw vegan as that was the road I was on anyway, but I didn't have the level of energy I have now. I am able to keep up with my 4 grandsons now, they need to watch out! I tried the Full Body Cleanse and it was great! I highly recommend this cleanse. I've done a 10 day juice cleanse unrelated to Dherbs but I felt sluggish, without energy; extremely lethargic, so I was a little afraid to try a 20 day raw food cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse had a completely different impact on me. I had plenty of energy, in fact, no one in my office would have ever suspected that I had been on a 20 day cleanse because I energy level was great! I like this product so much that I'm going to begin to do it once a quarter. This product gets 5 stars! *
