I knew that my body was in trouble and I had to do something quick. I did my research because I thought that this was another gimmick and boy was I wrong! I went from 245lbs down to 231lbs. I could have lost more but herniated disks limited my exercising. I learned how to listen to my body. Whatever is jacked up the most, the cleanse will work it out the most. I was able to get off one of my blood pressure pills, but I will get the okay from my doctor to reduce or completely take me off the rest. I HIGHLY recommend the Full Body Cleanse and will do it again. My husband did the cleanse as well and he lost 17lbs in the first week! It was hard for him because he hates vegetables and a lot fruits. Any fruit that he didn't like, I put it a smoothie and he enjoyed every bit. He started at 267lbs and went down to 250lbs. I'll admit I didn't completely follow up to the raw diet regimen,but the results are still remarkable. Sometime next year I'm gonna do the Full Body Cleanse again completely this time. I have a whole new perspective things now. *
