The Full Body Cleanse has really done what it said it was going to do. I was on the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and on my first week I lost 11 pounds. I will continue to use it until I reach my weight loss goal. I will be ordering more but I’m just in the process of moving to a different state. So I have not ordered my third set yet. I truly recommend this product even as a woman it cleanses your system very well. And not trying to be gross anyone out but when my menstruation came on, it really cleaned my system well and even from old blood that was built up. So like others, when I read about the Full Body Cleanse, I said "damn, that's a lot of pills to take in one day!" But once I got it, it wasn't so bad. Herbs and vitamins are two different things and in my experience, they have two different effects on the body. Herbs aren't very taxing, I don't take them then have rich yellow urine because the herbs are dehydrating my body. Vitamin capsules on the other hand, drain my body of all fluids. While on the FBC, I noticed my skin was glowing, but I was also exercising more. The cravings calmed down a lot, especially the further along I got. And bowel movements were really on like 3 a day. I HIGHLY recommend this cleanse. *
