So like others, when I read about the Full Body Cleanse, I said "damn, that's a lot of pills to take in one day!" But once I got it, it wasn't so bad. Herbs and vitamins are two different things and in my experience, they have two different effects on the body. Herbs aren't very taxing, I don't take them then have rich yellow urine because the herbs are dehydrating my body. Vitamin capsules on the other hand, drain my body of all fluids. While on the FBC, I noticed my skin was glowing, but I was also exercising more. The cravings calmed down a lot, especially the further along I got. And bowel movements were really on like 3 a day. I HIGHLY recommend this cleanse. *

I cheated, but still I managed to loose 10 pounds and kept it off . I am however pleased that I was able to adapt a new lifestyle. I am mindful of what I eat and how much I eat and drink. I am no long pre disbetic and cholesterols went down tremendously. I am sure the doctor will be more impressed next three months when I do a repeat of my blood work. Supper excited because I am still loosing weight after that initial 10 pounds. Slowly but surly. I cannot afford the other follow up products just yet but as soon as I can I will definitely buy me the appropriate package. The Full Body Cleanse is the way to go for a longer more healthier life. *
