The Full Body Cleanse turned out to be a really great experience for me. I thought it was going to be difficult to give up the coffee, hot foods and of course the wine, but it was not. The thing I was most concerned about was having a caffeine headache for several days but I never got a headache at all. I was really happy that I did not have any type of reaction to the supplements and it was pretty easy to stay on the schedule. I did lose 11 pounds of which I was very pleased with. In addition to getting overall healthy I also have a weight release goal of a total of 25 pounds so I am now doing the weight release program, which is going great! *
