I was so excited to try out my Hair Skin Nails when it arrived being that I just had an awesome experience with the Full Body Cleanse. Before I took one pill, I said I am going to put this product to the test! I cut my nails off down to the nub, just to see how fast my nails would grow back. By the fifth day my nails all had a good sized tip on them. I also noticed that I don’t have breakouts anymore and my skin appear to be smoother with a healthy glow to it! As for my hair it is thicker and softer almost like a miracle! I have only had this product for a month and the changes are noticeable!
