After completing the Full Body Cleanse, I have more energy than I have ever had in my adult life. My husband who is very athletic and a lot healthier than I, went out for our normal afternoon walk and even he noticed that my pace was extremely faster. I was not short of breath and was able to even jog about a half mile to raise my heart rate. My mood is even better and I have been able to decrease my medication dose. Not to mention I lost a total of 23 pounds in 20 days. Total success! *

After I finally got everything I ordered, and committed myself to doing it. The Full Body Cleanse really worked well. I lost 14.4 lbs and I felt a lot better. The only problem I had was the smell of the Cardo. one and drinking that charcoal. I did it but it was hard. I do think that if I would have drank more water I would have lost more. I never got in all the water I needed. I thought it was gonna make me do number 2 a lot but oh my God I had to pee so so so much. I think that is why I did not drink all the water. I did drink a lot of water but not as much as I should have. *

The Full Body Cleanse has help me to lose the 5lbs. I always wanted to go now all I have to do is maintain it by eating the way Dherbs has taught me. *

I was very hesitant about the Full Body Cleanse despite all the great reviews. I thought I would not make it the entire twenty days due to the large amount of pills you have to take. I was pleasantly surprised, I never felt hungry or light headed. I lost 20 pounds and felt great. It was an eye opening experience for me, I had to admit to myself I was eating when I was not hungry, as well as not eating as healthy as I thought I was. I will continue eating the way Dherbs has taught me and do a cleanse every other month. I recommended the 20 day cleanse to my sister who has struggled with her weight for many years, she lost over 20 pounds and she is so happy, thank you for making such healthy products, my sister and I will be clients for life. *
