I was very hesitant about the Full Body Cleanse despite all the great reviews. I thought I would not make it the entire twenty days due to the large amount of pills you have to take. I was pleasantly surprised, I never felt hungry or light headed. I lost 20 pounds and felt great. It was an eye opening experience for me, I had to admit to myself I was eating when I was not hungry, as well as not eating as healthy as I thought I was. I will continue eating the way Dherbs has taught me and do a cleanse every other month. This was my first time to use a Dherbs product. The Full Body Cleanse has changed my life. I still have a long way to go, however I have made some very important changes in my life towards being a healthier me. Because I could only drink water, which I use to hate. Now I crave water with cucumbers, lemons and mint. I do not drink diet soda’s anymore. When I want a taste other than water, I drink my infused water with a squirt of agave. Yum. I’m not graving hamburgers and fries any longer, which was my favorite food. I loved White rice. Now I eat vegetables and I’m actually starting to really like them. My whole life is changing. I’m still working on being a vegan. I have to let go of the meat, chicken, salmon, ground beef. Give me and Dherb a lil more time and I’ll be living as a healthy vegan. The Full Body Cleanse is so great I did it twice. It works so well my wife even joined me the 2nd time. I lost weight, it lowered my cholesterol, and I wasn't pre-diabetic anymore.
