I love the Full Body Cleanse. I love the way it makes my body feel and look. I definitely would recommend the Full Body Cleanse. I have good days and bad days. But it is definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend the D herbs products. My goal is to lose 40 lb with the herbs. This is my third time using the Full Body Cleanse. And it gets easier every time. Although this Full Body Cleanse was very, very hard to do, I did it for the full twenty days. I couldn't wait to eat some cooked foods, afterwards. Unfortunately, I believe that I have gained back all twenty-two pounds that I lost, while on the cleanse. I planned on doing the cleanse back to back, but due to only eating raw foods, I was too weak to continue for another twenty days. Is the only way to keep the weight off, is to only eat clean? I sure hope not, because I have continued walking on my treadmill, but I'm not losing anymore weight. I did have a lot of energy, and didn't even need to take a nap during the day, like I usually have to. As soon as the alarm clock went off, I was up out of bed, right away. My AC1 levels went down as well, and my doctor was very happy about that. I will try doing the cleanse again, but I really have to get my mind set to take that leap, because it was really hard to do, although, very achievable. *
