Although this Full Body Cleanse was very, very hard to do, I did it for the full twenty days. I couldn't wait to eat some cooked foods, afterwards. Unfortunately, I believe that I have gained back all twenty-two pounds that I lost, while on the cleanse. I planned on doing the cleanse back to back, but due to only eating raw foods, I was too weak to continue for another twenty days. Is the only way to keep the weight off, is to only eat clean? I sure hope not, because I have continued walking on my treadmill, but I'm not losing anymore weight. I did have a lot of energy, and didn't even need to take a nap during the day, like I usually have to. As soon as the alarm clock went off, I was up out of bed, right away. My AC1 levels went down as well, and my doctor was very happy about that. I will try doing the cleanse again, but I really have to get my mind set to take that leap, because it was really hard to do, although, very achievable. *
